Working with Perfect blinds was great! There are many companies that provide this service and what seperates Perfect Blinds is there customer service - from begining to end. Seconds after I submitted my project to home advisor, Jaronne was calling my phone and scheduling the initial visit. Other companies did not contact me for two days. Accurate measurements were taken on the day and time scheduled,they consulted me on different options, and installations was complete on schedule as committed. This is by far the worst place of buissiness i have ever delt with. They lie and say whatever you want to hear to make the sale but then just go back on everything they say when its time to buy. I was promised that i would get my furniture 2 days after purchase, but then when i went to buy it on the same day they said I will not be able to get it delivered a whole week and a half after. They tell me that they would get it to me b/t 12 and 4 so i took off of work to recieve my furniture and it never came, called back and someone did not schedule my delivery. When I called back to inquire on this, I was told that it is not their responsibility and gave me a very bad attitude. I dont understand how a buisinness can have something in writing, mess up on what they promised and then claim they have no responsibility of anything.
