I am acting as the GC for my daughter s bathroom remodel. At the front in Colony (Hasan--one of the owners) was very nice and gave my daughter what I felt was a good price. Scheduling of the work has been a nightmare. Colony has yet to keep a scheduled appt. The project is now 98% finished. Result is an unlevel granite countertop and tile on backsplash is crooked. We have been waiting for 5 days for Hasan to bring tile and granite guy back to fix it. He has again been too busy to come out. Now we find out they are out of backsplash tile and have to order it. We used them in September 2007 and they missed 2 appointments. The first appointment they said it wasn't on their books even though they called me 2 weeks prior to confirm the date and time. The second appointment they missed because they had another job in the morning according to the installer. I guess they double booked it. Oh yeah, the reason I needed a second appointment was because they didn't have enough wood to finish the job. They are the ones that came out and measured and they didn't have enough wood.
