This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have paid them $1,000 to process my QDRO. It is seven months since I have been divorced and they still have not completed my QDRO. They do not return my phone calls and say they will. My attorney had to redo one of the QDRO's because they did not do it right. Now I have to pay additional money to complete what they should have done right in the first place. I don't understand how a company like this can still be in business. They essentially have committed fraud by taking my money and not honoring their contract. ...read more
