This compay is pathetic. I purchased my home in 1996 and paid $100.00 directly to transfer the, "lifetime warranty" for work done prior to the purchase. In 2013 I repeatedly called concerning failing piers which they installed as well to have them give me an estimate for future work. No one in the company returned the calls. Their work is shoddy. I had to call another reliable company, Olshan, to repair their shoddy work and to perform additional work. I suspect the glowing reviews were not written by actual customers. Level Check did foundation repairs on my home prior to my purchase in 1996. I paid the company $100.00 to transfer the warranty as that was part of their, "lifetime 3 warranty". In 2013 I repeatedly called to have them come out to repair failing work. I also explained that the house was experiencing foundation issues which were not covered by the warranty and was willing to contract to have that work done. There was not one return phone call from this company either for the return to repair warranted work or to assess and bid the new areas of concern. It is my experience that this company is a scam. My advice, choose someone with integrity. This company has no desire to honor warranted work. I suspect the glowing reviews were written by others to bolster this pathetic company. S. I wish to express my appreciation for the wonderful your crew did on the leveling of my foundation. When I contacted you, I had already obtained quotes from other, highly publicized companies. The prices quoted were much higher and for fewer piers, basically patchwork, and not a complete repair. I must admit that when I received your quotation, I was skeptical as to the quality of the work I would receive. I was however impressed with the care and precision your superintendent exercised when the actual lifting took place. I had several cracks in my bricks and siding, which are now not even visable. Your crews were diligent in taking care to not damage our shrubbery and the job was completes in two days. This, while one of your competitors lingered on the house next door for over a week.
