I purchased a digital dive camera from the Woodlands store - The camera never worked right coming out of the box. When I returned to the store to have it exchanges - I was told NO. We don't do that. They would send it off to be repaired and then I could pick it up at a later date. I brought in all reciepts and packaging and they would not exchange defective product they sold to me. I asked them if they stood behind the products they sold - and in so many words..... NO! - Thats why they have warrenties.
