RE: UPS Store 4478 6046 FM 2920 Spring, TX Poorest customer service I have ever seen, and this is my 3rd UPS store (other two were good). They routinely "don't have a package," though it "appears" two days later, leave package pick up slips but then can't find them, and always ask "were you expecting a package?" when they go to look for it. I've learned that my answer must be "yes," no matter what, or they will not come back with one. Poorest customer service ever. Had Fedex (overnight) sitting in their facility for TWO WEEKS, and it was something I needed badly for my business. Clerk just smiled and said, "maybe you threw away the box slip." OWNER says, "I'm sorry, there's nothing more I can say." Thanks for nothing UPS. I'm looking for someone more reliable (customer there for 5 years). ...read more
