As of this date, the current branch manager is very unprofessional. She was discussing very loudly a personal conflict with one of her tellers. I found this to be very annoying, as I expect a higher degree of maturity from a bank magager. When an issue came up with my deposit, she apparently thought I was a young kid, as she treated me with little respect, and then tried to solicit me to open another account. I was asked to swipe my debit card and enter my pin to 'verify my identity', and when I asked about it later I was told it was just easier to bring up my account info that way.
