I was definitely fooled my this office. I had several people tell me not to go because they are ridiculously expensive but I didn't listen. When you go into the office everyone is nice and makes you feel like you are being treated right, but then they hit you with a massive bill that was unannounced to you. Even when I asked before my appointment how much they charge for a glasses and contacts exam I was later told after that I had to pay an additional $30, with the $250 I had already paid, to release my contact prescription. Then I had gotten an eye infection due to a new contact they wanted me to try and had to pay an $80 medical visit which I was fine with. Until, I was then told that for every follow up for the medical visit was going to have to be paid as well!! I was furious, isn't a follow up free especially when they are only 5 minutes. If you do wanna see for yourself at least go see Dr. Buttlar. She was very nice, and I wish she would leave this office. ...read more

If you need to replace the lenses in your glasses, do so carefully to keep your glasses in good condition. To replace lenses, remove the screws from your frames and push out the lenses.
