When I first moved to San Marcos many years ago, I needed to see an optometrist. My boss recommended Dr. Dullnig at About Eyes, Inc. Dr. Dullnig had served him and his family for many years and he was very pleased with him. I am glad he recommended him to me. Dr. Dullnig has been a better doctor than any of my expectations. He has always treated me professionally but very personally as well. He always has provided me with options and when a referral to another doctor was necessary, he has always referred me to another well qualified doctor. My wife and my children became his patients as well. The children have all moved away from San Marcos and often complain about the service they get elsewhere. Dr. Dullnig is a true professional who provides quality care but also a very friendly person who is genuinely concerned with your eye care as well as your overall well being. This place gave the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Dullnig explained everything he was doing and why - what he was looking for. Was there for about an hour - had drops put in my eyes that caused some blurriness. But it went away after about 3 hours. He told me to expect that. I felt he was the most professional eye doctor I'd ever been to. the front desk was pleasant and explained my charges. Very patient with me.
