This place should be renamed "No Fotos" because no one was there during business hours. Yet their sign says "OPEN", and above that a hand-writted note saying "Will return in 10 minutes". I showed up there at 2:35pm and waited until 2:50pm. Their sign said "OPEN" but door was still locked. My guess is the place was closed for at least 20 minutes. I had verified their business hours by phone. Why claim business hours and not be around during that time? I've driven past this location several times and saw the interior empty of people. During today's 15-minute wait, no one else showed up. Interestingly, the bulletin board within the location is empty. No notices, brochures or pamphlets. Doesn't look like 'Fast' Fotos has any business contacts, which suggest it's not reputable or reliable. I'm not going to try this place again. Don't appreciate being lied to and stood up like that.
