The staff is equipped with recovering addicts or alcoholics who fail to maintain a professional etiquette. The food tastes like if it was poured right out of a can. The daily schedule consists of groups run by the patients themselves. You meet with a counselor once a day in a group so there is no one on one. The drop out rate and the relapse time is ridiculous. The director Shannon belittles and puts patients down that try to leave and makes them feel incapable of living out in the real world unless they stay.
