I am a single mother of three young children and never would have thought I would need to ask for assistance. I come from a good family, college graduate and married for over 5 years. I did not expect to become a single mother of three. I heard about these services through a temp agency I was working with. I filled out all of the appropriate paper work and submitted all documents needed. I was grateful I got the assistance that I needed to work full time and put my children in great schools, I was later terminated in May of 2014 due to not swiping my children in and out due to the fact for the first few months of the service I did not get nor did anyone mention a swipe card. The offices are extremely unorganized and rude. These employees have absolutely no one to answer to therefore they pretty much run the show how they please. They are not used to dealing with knowledgeable clients and get very frustrated when other people know more knowledge of their job then they do. There is no customer service skills whatsoever. I do understand were asking for assistance but there is no reason for them to treat people like dogs, because without us needing assistance they wouldn't have jobs. I recently went in to their new office on Hillcrest which by the way is extremely far, after saying they've been moving and setting things up for over a month they have nothing set up at all. They cant assistant anyone and for over 2 months I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. On both lines 210-206-5200 and the new number 210-230-6300. I also have a direct line for Angie Gustard 210-206-5416 who is my case worker and I have never even spoke with before. Ive attempted to call more than a dozen times and never got an answer. Ive also left several voicemails and no one ever called back. This is all documented in my phone records from Tmobile and turned in with my appeals letter. Its just sad to see people of this city who need help tp get treated so poorly by uneducated, unhappy employees. Someone seriously needs to do something about this! ...read more

It took two years to get in for a single mother of three and now she is denied re certification. She will need to quit her job. ...read more

He still does attend just because of the dance classes and the fun outings that they go to every Friday. He also loves this place because they have "wifi" and during free time he can get on his ipad. ...read more
