They are beyond awful... Garbage service that is garbage. I canceled my service after repeated missed services for the entire subdivision. I canceled and was told they had 30 days to pick up the trash cans. It has been 40+ and still not picked up. They have customer service that lies - every time a missed day happened every person that called got a different story. I was promised a call back today in person by Chuck with them and he never called me back and their system just is going to voicemail. I was also told I can not speak to a manager, this is not acceptable. NEVER use them - NEVER. Even if they are cheaper they are not worth the trouble and issues. ...read more

i would never come here again they have horrible customer service and lack experience in the recycling field they only have 3 yrs of experience when i asked them they where doing insurance with there parents before they stared this company.go somewhere else and save ur time and money longhorn is down the hwy 2103612341 wish someone told me before. ...read more

We had to wait 3 days for the Dumpster to arrive, then 4 days late to pick it up!! We asked for the Invoice since the beginning and 3 months later, here I am, still asking for my Invoice. The guy in there, John, says he doesn't have a scanner??? What kind of company cannot Invoice their clients through e-mail now days? Get updated people!!!!
