A narrow small lot for a single wide again was raised in rent now going for 330.00 per month and absolutely no maintenance on the trees, or empty vacant yards are done at times grass being two feet tall. The residents are expected to trap or kill their own skunks, raccoons, so they do not tear your pipes and heating apart, the office charges to do this on your bill but in the long run if you don't do it,, then it doesn't get done. There is no security onside, have already had chained items such as lawn mowers stolen right off the side of my home. Every person within a ten mile radius knows the gate codes to the park. No blinds or curtains on windows, yards unkept, no skirting on trailers, office is rarely open for assistance, after hours emergency number is forwarded to Betty who ignores your calls and wants you to contact police so they are a block away and no police station close by so essentially you could be dead by the time you get help because they do not want to get bothered ater 5pm and never ever on the weekends,,, THINK AGAIN PEOPLE BEFORE YOU EVER PURCHASE A HOME HERE, MINE WAS 9 YEARS OLD AND THEY CLAIMED REFURBISHED FULLY, I LIVE HERE NINE YEARS NOW AND KEEP A VERY NICE HOME BUT WITH SUCH POOR CHEAP WORK THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS FALLING APART, AND THE HOUSE APPRAISED AT 6000 WAS SOLD TO ME FOR 31,000 RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM LAMPLIGHTER IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD ...read more

After getting out of the Navy, times have been hard & no one seemed to want to work with me to get my credit on track...VA can only do so much, Betty & her staff have been the best...I'm glad I decided to buy a NEW UNIT from her...This is a family run community that focuses on that FAMILY! This park has gone thru some changes in the past year. I believe that the new owners and staff really care about what is happening here at the park. They have added a play ground with basketball court for the kids. I feel alot more secure then I did in the past. julie the night security is always around when I need her.
