I got suckered and bought he 1400 floor plan and paid extra for the extension. My house should be 1455 sqft. in size. Actually, it is only 1325 sqft in size. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!! ...read more

No matter what a salesperson may promise, put it in writing. We were promised a refund of our $500. earnest money up until after the design center appointment. We were urged to sign the contract for pre-model pricing and if we changed our mind we could get our money back. When we told our salesperson that we found a home that better suited our family, she printed a refund form and had us sign it, which turned out to be a completely different form. After one month and having not received our $500 we called to see what the delay was. At that point our phone calls were avoided and our messages not returned. Be careful and don't sign anything until you are sure it is the right home for you, no matter what you are promised. We have learned an expensive lesson. ...read more

Providence at Yorkshire off babcock and huebner!
We are in the early stage of finishing two new homes close to the Babcock and Huebner intersection. We're blocks away from USAA, and the Medical Center. The goal is to have one home finished in three weeks, and to have a sales associate at the location over the weekends. We've been very surprised, and encouraged by the interest in this area. The first home ready for completion is 1950 sq. ft. It does have a metal roof, and four sides brick. It truly is a classic design.
