I randomly called this place late on Saturday afternoon, after receiving a heinous haircut at another salon. I called in tears and asked if they had anyone who could fix it. The receptionist was so understanding and went out of her way to find someone who could squeeze me in at the last moment. The stylist I saw was Miranda. She fixed my hair for me quickly, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this stylist, and this salon! I've been to Kynna twice for a haircut ($30). She has been very precise in her work and has given me what I wanted each time.
