We were most pleased with the service we received from your driver, Charles on the night of March 17, 2009. We were stranded on US 79 between Palestine, and Jacksonville,TX with our F-250 Diesel truck and 32 ft. motorhome. We were treated with the utmost care and courtesy. Your driver, Charles even came by the following day to the Ford dealership where we had been towed, to make sure we were ok and he offered to drive us for supplies if need be.
