Wonderful experience with Honest Install!!! The two technicians, Dru and Thomas, were both such a delight to work with. They attached the DirecTV Genie to the back of a television on our master bath vanity and cleaned up all of the cumbersome wiring, installed and set up a wireless headset to a television in our exercise room, and replaced a defective cable (newly put in by DirecTV) in our upstairs game room. The two gentlemen who arrived were professional and very thorough. For the media room they setup 5.1 surround sound with an onkyo receiver, in-wall/in-ceiling speakers and a sunfire sub-woofer which kicks like a mule We love it :) They also lugged our large 80in tv up the stairs which I have to tell you was very appreciated. I also appreciated their attention to detail on speaker/tv placement. It all looks great. For all our tv's they hid all the wires in the wall and ran hdmi,cat 5, power as needed. no issues there at all. I also have an on-q panel where all coax/cat 5e cables are ran too. I purchased my own netgear switch which they installed and then terminated all cables at the panel. cat 5 drops are all activated around the house now. works great. Excellent work. The only issue was in the media room, when they had to cut into a stud to properly place the center channel speaker, there was a nail there that went through the outer wall. Wasn't a big deal; they came back and repaired the hole. And finally, the price. Couldn't be beat. They did work that was literally 1/10th the price that two other companies quoted me.
