I ordered flowers for a friend with specific instructions to leave the flowers at the door if she was not there. Not only did they leave the flowers at a neighbors home... my friend has STILL NOT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR- over 24 hours later. Sandy in the shop told me the owner delivered them and would call me regarding reimbursement- No surprise... still waiting for that phone to ring 6 1/2 hours after my inquiry! called my bank and retracted the money... They delivered my orders on the wrong day. They charged me extra to "upgrade" and didn't bother to actually add more flowers. The three arrangements I picked out in the store were much nicer than the ones sent to loved ones. One arrangement looked like weeds. Not impressed. ...read more
