They put there own build number on them, can't upgrade, even when you're paying it off (your stuck) they have flashed the phone. Samsung will not touch the phone, I have talked with the home office, District manager, and others. Unwilling to help. This is a covert way of taking your money, not good customer service. When you are ready to pay off the phone they need to remove there build number and put back the manufacturers authentic number.
