STAY AWAY!!!!!!I took my road star in to have it raked and rear end lowered. I was told it would ride better with these modifications. I got the bike back, the front end wobbled,very dangerous to ride. I took it back again, they said they fixed it, it wobbled even more and handle bars shook. Every mechanic and forum I talked to gave me the same answers of what was wrong with the bike, the mechanics said "" I agree"", but said "" I needed other parts to fix it"". They also scratched my 500.00 brand new headlight,said they would reimburse me for it and never did!!. According to all my research, this shop and its mechanics have ""no idea"" what they are doing. After all was said and done and taking my bike there ""THREE"" times, I lost 1400.00 dollars and got a scratched headlight!! On top of all that, I was talked down too, argued with, and this was the worst I have ever been treated by a dealership! I would rate this dealership with an overall of ""one"". They also drained my new battery, they came to jump start my bike at the gas station I stopped at and could not do so, the battery was completly drained due to their negligence. I had to get a new one and they told me that it was not their fault, IMAGINE THAT""!!!!! They have no idea what customer service is, at the end they stated ""we are done with you""!!! these guys are unreal!!!after being told that an item will\t\ncost me a set price they raised it 40 $. I bought it new online for 40$!!!!! the only reason they stay open is bcause they are in plano where bikers arent bikers.they\t\nare weekend warriors.who pays 70$ for an oil change??If you can,take your bike anywhere but this hole.they suck! ...read more

We where stuck in Hollywood Fl, and the car over heated,My wife called a couple tow companys and everyone told us it would be 2 hours of more before they could tow us home..One tow company gave us Safari towings # and we call and they came out in 30 min...had us home safe and sound...My kids loved the new rather large tow truck... I will reccomend them to everyone that needs a tow... again thank you John ...read more
