She is very unprofessional in the way she handled the foods we had asked. She had said the food she cooked was completed and then had no communication for over 2 weeks. Would not respond to emails, phone calls, or texts. The excuse was family emergency. That is fine, but there still needs to be contact to let the customer know. When I was firm on when to expect a call back for the product, she said I was being rude but in her own very rude tone said she will refund back my money when I had specifically told her I wanted the food instead since we had been waiting for it for over 3 weeks. I love shopping at Whole Foods in Plano. Whenever I want to buy something which is not available at the local store, I head to Whole Foods. For example, recently I was looking for fresh Sardines, which is not available at most stores. I called up Whole Foods, and sure enough, they had it in their seafood section. While trying to find a better, healthier way to feed my family I found Sprouts. At first I went looking for fresh produce at a reasonable price. What I found was a place to get all my produce and my meats. The meats offered at Sprouts are of a better quality then I've found at my local grocery store and they're about the same price. The workers are kind and helpful, and will go out of they're way to make sure you're taken care of. This is a wonderful place to shop. My kids love going to Sprouts! ...read more
