I have used Big Papa Joe's Wastewater Systems for my septic needs for over 7 years now. This is an excellent family owned company. I have met the owner several times and he does great work. A most awful experience! From before the installation when the OWNER drove across my yard and got his dually truck stuck to the axels requiring a tractor to pull him out. Who drives across a yard instead of using the driveway!?!? The installation left me a wonderful mess of red clay to walk across that "was not their responsibility". The service technician arrives with his music blaring, gives incorrect advise causing my pump to die, then is argumentative and unwilling to listen to anything I am trying to say. BTW, DO NOT PUT MURATIC ACID IN YOUR SYSYTEM, no matter they what tell you, it will be a very costly mistake and they will not take responsibility.
