They are at you beck and call. I have 4 resting place, For family that that is counting me.My dad has past at 82 They had mist lead him and me.The have a funeral contract that He thought was worth 3000. Will Yes , But you had to have the funerl there and with them If you wont to trade in for money you only get 46.00.. Dads Nitch was payed and a plate there. They wont 1100.00 to take out4 screw for me to slide his ashes in That I would do,Or 550.00 Just to add the date of passing.For something he payed for in full 5 years ago.And The plate has been- only hafe tarnished for years. I ask why it did that and how to fix. I can pay them700.00 To take off and bronze again. I am ill and on fixed income. My mom has been there for 13 years and I ask for a vase . When i wont a new because one hers was gone. Will I wont the free plastic one. they didn't never give me Will that was 10 years ago. not paying they don't deal with you. I have nothing good to say about Grandview. My son passed away over a year ago and I am still going round and round with them trying to get his headstone set. If I knew I was going to have so much problems with them I would have found somewhere else to go! Very incompassionate. Money Hungry. Not to mention that they gave out my personal information, address and such, to random floral companies. ...read more

The ?Dignity Memorial - Grand View Funeral Home?, were compassionate and attentive to detail in handling my daughter's funeral and where accommodating to all of our wishes. Each of the staff was kind, efficient and understanding. Because the tragic accident was in another city 200 miles away, my daughter?s remains where cremated at ?Dignity Memorial ? Funeral Home?, in that city. I had the honor of bringing my daughter?s remains home. Grand View assisted us in planning every aspect of the memorial, from the online memorial to personalizing the funeral service. The memorial service was larger then expected and Grand View staff handled the service at the funeral home and cemetery, for our daughter beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone. ...read more
