I was behind one of your trucks this morning (09/03) from Hwy 69 & Hwy 56 all the way from Bells into Sherman. I got behind him at a few minutes after 8 a.m. This driver was the one of the most discourteous drivers I have encountered in a long time. He would get nearly up to the speed limit in the (well between 60 & 65 and speed limit is 70) passing zones on Hwy 56 and then when we got to a no passing zone he would slow down to 50 to 55. I was never able to get around this driver and he knew I was wanting to pass. I pulled out to pass a couple of times and he speeded up. I could not even see a license plate on the back of the truck.
