I have to agree with prev review. The office does not have a good system to get to customers in a timely fashion and when you call, you wait on hold for an unreasonalble amount of time (I was just on hold for over 10 minutes when I hung up). We purchased two pair of glasses for our 5 year old son. The total cost of the glasses was $600. The order was placed on 6-18-08 with a promise from the salesperson that the sale was competitive to other eyeglass stores and the salesperson Leonard guaranteed it verbally. That afternoon we called Lens Crafters who advised their price was $270 less expensive for the same exact glasses called Rec Specs. We later found out that the this company "First Eye Care" that is named "Eyes Nouveau" in the BBB directory sold us a product called anti-glare for $200 total and was never disclosed to us that we were paying for that "extra" service or product. ...read more
