Today is very special, it's my grandaughters birthday. She is spending the day with me, she lives in Houston. I came by in a rush to get a movie so we could come home to get ready for all of her other birthday surprises. I have been a member since you opened, give or take a few months.I have never been late, I have never had any problems in the past. For whatever reason, my card would not go through, the "guy in charge" was asked why by the woman helping me, he very flippant scanned my card, said I was not active and I must fill out all information again, in a rude way tossed my card back to me! Needless to say I left without the movie. Customer service was very poor to say the least. There are other choices to rent movies, your staff does not seem to be aware of this.
