I came all the way back from Dallas because my item came in early. After I called and made a scheduled appointment. My delivery time was changed twice and the last one they didn't even show up or call. Tried to call them but machine was off. When the delivery finally came the next day, (a couch) it was accidently dropped over on my car. Thank goodness no damage was done there or to the the couch but I had to force them to open it so I could check it. .Also the truck knocked down a lot of limbs from my tree. Had a scheduled delivery for between the hours of 10-2, had no contact during those hours. Repeated attempts at contacting them went unanswered. At 7 that night the delivery man called after I had given up and left. Told him I would reschedule and two days later after left numerous messages and no response. Now their answering machine is off. ...read more
