I've used threading at many locations for years & never had to leave a bad review previously. This location has unacceptably poor quality. Thinned out eyebrows after being specifically asked not to & didn't bother with any detailing. I could've done a better job with tweezers. It's expensive to top it off. ...read more

The lady was on the phone when I got there, stayed on the phone the entire time. I told her I've never done the threading, she told me to lay back, didn't explain anything to me, she started and I told her I do not want them thin..My eyebrows are thin and sparse now and loomk awful! i strongly would advice anyone reading this not to go to jcpenney i went yesterday to do chunks of blonde and a light brown underneath and they fried my hair they applied purple tint instead of brown and bleached my hair badly they cut my hair uneven and completely damaged my hair sad part is that i work in jcp so trust me when i tell you that none of the girls in that salon know what they are doing so if your thinking of going to jcp for a new hair look i suggest you think twice ...read more
