Let me start by saying I am an Ulta Fan. I have shopped there for many years and will continue to. With that being said I will NEVER step foot in this Ulta again. The staff is rude and trashy. The salon shop manager has by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I do not in any way think this is the standard of Ulta but I would not recommend this ulta location to my worst enemy. Also, do not be confused by all the Redken promoting in the salon, I have yet to find a single stylist there who is Redken certified.
