Memorial Health System The Gift Shop

My recent experience at the gift shop at Memorial Hospital was very poor. The employee who helped me, Sharon, was very unpleasent and condescending and seemed like she would rather be anywhere on the planet other than helping me. Flowers are already overpriced, but this particular vendor is extremely proud of their merchandise and charges more than any other shop in town for comparable items. Other shops in Lufkin deliver to the hospitals. Their prices are better and their employees seem to enjoy their jobs. I will be using one of them in the future. ...read more

The owner also has a location in Nacogdoches. We purchased $17,000.00 between a pool and Spa from Ron. Before the warranty was up he refused to honor any of the work that needed to be done. He told us he had called the manufacturers over the warranty replacement parts and our investiation revealed the companies informing us he had never contacted thme. ...read more
