As the senior writer for the Fishers Of Men NationalTtournament Trail, I can truly testify to the capabilities of Betty's Catering. Our pre-tournament meeting had been changed from the Baptist Church in Lufkin to Diboll. With just a short notice, Betty's group served a fantastic meal for over 400 people.
