AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We had a time window scheduled, called to confirm the day before and the day of, got a call from the technician 45 minutes late telling us he lost track of time, and asking if we could reschedule to the day after. We took off of work to get appliances installed, so we asked him to come as soon as he could the same day, and he told us his work day was over but he would try. After that, he ignored our phone calls and completely ditched us. Will not only avoid this business but will discourage everyone I can from supporting such an unprofessional business. ...read more

Sadly, we bought this front loaded from them almost 5 years ago. It is a high maintenance Amana washer which is worthless. It smells, it has required extra care, has had to be serviced more than once.....our old, faithful, 20 year maytag just worked extremely well until the motor ran out.....died of old age I guess. I should have just paid to have it rebuilt, it would have been so much better. This washer, unlike the maytag, always had something going on. The "service" we had at this place was horrible. Earlier this year a "service technician" who is also apparently the owner of this joint came out to my house and could not have been ruder. When we were today going to AGAIN have someone out to our house (yes, 8 days later was the "earliest" he thought....not even sure on the phone), I explained I did not want the same technician, he said that the same one was the only technician. I told him nevermind, I wouldn't have that man out to our house again because he was SO RUDE!!! So the end, I will NEVER buy from this place, I will spend my money elsewhere!!! ...read more
