They came to check my electrical circuit because my air conditioner kept tripping it. The had put it in less than a year earlier. It was not the box -it was the ac. The man said that it was a warranty call. Later I got a bill for 197.00 and it said after consideration and the economy they needed to charge me for this call. I didn't feel it was fair to go back on the original but did pay the $35. service charge. They have called and and threatened to turn me over to collection agency for the rest after accepting the payment. The owner is rude and nasty and hung up on me when he didn't want to talk to me. ...read more
