Been using Pope automotive for over a decade since I took my SHO to a Ford dealership paid them over $800 for repair of the AC unit and it broke before it got to the loop. Took it to Pope automotive they had to take off the fender where the dealership did not and they broke by prying the pulley at the Ford dealership. I recently leased a 2014 Lexus GX 460 from Alderson Lexus. My initial intention was to just go and look at what was available. Anand Vallury came to greet me, and I explained my wants and needs. He showed me options, and then I took a test drive. I think that I was hooked. I left the dealership to think about my options. I drove to Dallas for the weekend, but all I could think about was the black GX 460 that he pointed out. I went back on Wed. and "my car" was still there. Anand was once again there and we got down to business. He was so helpful and explained my leasing options to me. At no time did he every pressure me into a sale, but the car did the selling. The deal was done. He then gave me detailed instructions for my car and walked me through each new option. Awesome. Most automotive repair shops will give yo the runaround and not answered a simple question directly... not so with Pope Automotive!
