Todd, I hope you don’t make it a habit of calling your customers and telling them to “f*ck off” like you did to my daughter. You were given the opportunity to have your computer looked at again to see if there was anything I missed, and you declined that opportunity. Considering that your laptop wouldn't even boot into Windows when you brought it in, your claim not believable. I told you when you picked it up that the hard drive was failing, and you told me how you had paid $100 for the entire laptop 2 years ago. It wasn't in my shop for 2 days, it was more like 11 business hours. By the way, an Office product key handwritten on the back of a piece of paper is not a valid license - food for thought.
