I use to Use Wire service off the Internet ! I was so Mislead by them ,. When i called Town South Floral directly , I was amazed at how much easier this way of Ordering was , a special touch from TAlKING WITH THE DESIGNER THEM SELF ! I hate to do this - but I've called them four times and still nothing is resolved. I've explain my problem three times to two different people and they never call back. \t\n\t\nI send my mother flowers for Christmas, but they never arrived. No explanation from House of Flowers... I also sent two flower arrangements to my brothers family. They were arrangements that were FTD advertised, but both bother families received a single pointsetta (sp?) plant instead of the pictured arrangement. No call to me for ok on substitution?
