Me and a few of my friends purchased homes at the same time. My Roten Home was completed when they said it would be the process was easy and very exciting. With my friends there homes were not complete when the builder told them it would be and it was not that easy of a process for them. Our electric bills are much lower than my friends homes, and our home is much quieter than there homes. We have not had but one warranty issue and it was taken care of with in one day of our phone call. This is what I call customer service that you usually do not see in todays market. We had a singularly horrible experience with this company - particularly the property management division and the woman who runs it. Communication was terribly poor, administrative errors that took far too long to resolve abounded, and tenants took liberties with our properties for which they were not held accountable. January 26,2014 Re: LIFE/RUN’s Annual ADA Celebration Dear Community Partner: LIFE/RUN hosted its Annual Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Celebration this past July; and, thanks to the community’s support, it was by far our most successful to date! With over 400 people in attendance, this event has grown to be one of the largest in the State and the only one of its kind in the South Plains. Such legislation has paved the way for individuals with disabilities to realize their full potential through equal access to employment, education, transportation, communication and many other public services. Because of the overwhelming success that we experienced during the last celebration, the ADA Planning Committee is extremely eager to begin planning for next year’s event. As a non-profit organization, LIFE/RUN is grateful for the many businesses in Lubbock whose unwavering support has empowered us to meet the ongoing needs of the disability community.
