I wish I could give negative stars...\r\n \r\nThis was by far the worst service I have ever received in my life, and I have had some bad ones. After my girlfriend waited at home ALL day for them to show up which they never did. They had nothing but terrible excuses that they attributed to the rain (Not sure what rain has to do with communicating with your customers). When I asked the KID at the front an ETA he told me and I quote that “he was not sure since he didn’t have a license and didn’t know how long a local drive time would take:”. The only way I found out they never delivered the $100 product I ordered was by asking my GF how she liked it at 5PM that day, which she replied, it never showed up. I had to pay another company double at the last minutes to fix their mistakes and shortcomings. They have terrible communication and when I spoke with the manager the next day she was extremely rude and sealed the fate of this business. They lack communication severely and are ran by a bunch of children that don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a peace lily to be delivered to a friend who lost her mother only to find that my order had been replaced with an ivy with no price adjustment made or notification of the change. When I received my cc statement, I learned that I had been double charged for the same delivery. Now, three months later, I'm still trying to get a refund with no success. This florist has 2 locations and I was charged from both locations. If I were you, I would move on to another florist. This florist has bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau and the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce!!! ...read more
