My son's 2002 Corolla started making horrible noises on Christmas Eve night. We took it to the place down the street from my home and was told nothing could be done, short of replacing the entire engine. Having just paid tuition and Christmas, I was not prepared. Recent purchase of a car. I have purchased several cars in the past with satisfaction so I have always come back. This last time has been an experience of deception,lies and scams. Have been lied to many times by upper management and finance. Have been working two months to get my money back that they scammed.
