My son is in the Air Force and in Iraq. His wife works for Cato. On Dec 19th, there was a video conf schedule for the families with our soldier. Cato refused to give my daughter-in-law 2-3 hours of time off from their store to attend this conference. Their reasoning? It was too much for the "Holiday schedule". My son called her DM from Iraq and requested that she be given the time so they could see each other for a few minutes. Again, it was refused for the same reason. You guys know that just that little bit of time seeing each other "face to face" rejuvenates the heart and mind, not only for my son but for my daughter-in- law. Christmas is a time we all want to be together and for them to be denied this, is unforgivable to me. I would request to all my fellow military moms and spouses that you NOT shop at Cato during the Christmas season. We MUST have everyone standing behind our guys over there.
