My service call was May 2011, they claim they had to order a part for my dishwasher and stove. As of today 4months later, my appliances are still not fixed. We have made many attempts to speak to them about our problem but they will not call you back and avoid our phone calls. Thankfully we only paid half of their so called" repair charges in the amount of 250.00. It has been four months and they continue to lie to us. We asked for a refund and they repeatedly tell us they will send us our refund. They lied! NEVER,EVER use this company! They are frauds who are about to be sued! if you have had a similar experience with these people, post it here. I don't care what the cost, it will be worth it to put them out of business!
