Don't go here unless you want to pay $200 to have them "diagnose" what turned out to be a blown fuse to fix an electric window on a truck. But they wanted a total of, wait for it... $600 to change out a fuse box that wasn't broke! I went to O'Reilly's next door and bought a $3 fuse and fixed it myself in the parking lot! I have a 2001 Kenworth with a Cat c 15 motor. My truck was due for a safety inspection. I own my own truck and have had trucks for over 27 years. They were on the list of companies that could do a safety inspection . Typically I pay around 75.00 to 100.00 for the inspection. There tech (Robert) was knowledgeable and worked on my truck for no more than twenty minutes and was polite. I got the bill for 715.00 dollars two weeks later. My company has already payed it and debited my account for the full amount. I complained to Donna in the office and she called the tech (Robert )and he agreed the there was a mistake on the bill). Then Donna told me she would get it fixed. Another month goes by and she says she did not say that. I have made numerous calls and she avoids my phone calls and now she is lying!! Well, let me just say that the owner of this customer as ALWAYS been one to provide superior customer service. When I contacted him regarding the incident today he quickly apologized and reassured my faith in his business! Very nice gentleman, in which I always knew! He really does run a good business and if it is not right, he makes it right!
