This business is a dump. The second time I tanned, I had to dress 2 or 3 times because the beds wouldn't stay on. The 3rd tan I actually opened my eyes enough to notice half the bulbs top and bottom were not even lit. This is after I had inquired as to why, despite the use of high dollar lotion, I wasn't getting any colour! I was mislead of course and told they just changed all the bulbs! So she did offer me an upgrade due to my insistence, loosing more than half the tans I paid for initially. I plan to use them and I'm outa there. The entire Mercury Tan environment is NOT maintained and I do not recommend it! Find somewhere else. ...read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Was a member there for since 2007, had to cancel recently due to moving to different part of town and not very convenient. Went in store to cancel in person as asked to and they assured me no more payments would be withdrawn from my account but however, here it is a year later and they are STILL withdrawing money without my consent!! Anyone who's a member and decides to cancel better make sure they follow up to make sure they arent still taking your money!!!! ...read more
