I've tried several centers in Kingsland and Front Porsh is hands down the best. They actaully teach the kids as my daughter has come home singing, counting, happy. It's not every place that when you pull into the parking lot, your child is ready to get out of the car and run into a daycare. Well before I had my daughter I was taking classes for child development and I applied for a job at Flip and Swim. I got the job but prompty quit because the director was soooo mean to the children and encouraged her staff to be too. Then When my daughter was 20 months we decided it was time for daycare ( I stayed at home) so the front pourch learning center was right by our home and we tried it 3 days a week...it was terrible, I didnt sign anything, get any handbook or disapline guidline or anything. So we did it for two weeks till they had a family night and The one my daughters teachers child was being realy disruptive and rude. she didnt say anything just let her continue acting up. Then the director grabed the child HARD by the arm and pulled her to a "back room" and slammed the door behind her. We could hear her yelling from the front. Turns out it was the same dirrector as the Flip and Swim I quit because of this same behavior on the directors part. I feel sorry for the kids! ...read more
