The comment I last read couldn't be more wrong. This place is wonderful, even considering the part of killeen it is located. The employees are welcoming and don't crowd like other stores. I bought a pair of beautiful flats with stars and moons on them and I just love them. I accidentally bought the wrong size and my husband went back in to exchange them about 5mins later and they gave him no problem. The comment the lady made about shoe time service is wrong. The rules are posted in store and on receipts.EXCHANGES ONLY, WITHIN 15 DAYS, WITH RECEIPT. 1st off she did not have a receipt secong the shoe wear worn to wear the heel was worn down, CLEAR A worn shoe.You can tell rtthe difference between walking around the house to see if they fit AND walking out side in the for a while...I think this site is great because we can STATE THE FACTS about our store.. ...read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEIR SHOES ARE CHEAP AND THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I BROUGHT Q PAIR OF SHOES 7 PM ON A MONDAY EVENING THAT WERE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE ON TUESDAY AT 330 NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT EXCHANGE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE WORN. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THE REP AND MANAGER THAT I COULD NOT FIT THE SHOES AND THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE EXCHANGE I WAS CALLED A LIAR IN MY FACE. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DON'T SELL SHOES WITH SCUFFS ON THEM. I THEN PROCEEDED TO PICK UP SHOES RANDOMLY SHOWING THE REP THE SCUFFS ON THE BOTTOM. I THEN ASKED THE MANAGER WHERE WAS THE LOGIC IN ME WEARING A PAIR OF SHOES AND THEN EXCHANGING THEM FOR THE EXACT PAIR OF SHOES? WHEN SHE COULDNT COME UP WITH AN ANSWER I WAS THEN TOLD TO LEAVE THE STORE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ...read more
