i called and set up to have a dumpster from this company last week everything was fine i had to wait a week for the dumpster to be delivered then a week later when i am expecting the dumpster they let me know that they no longer offer them in my area which is a crock because 1 block down the street past where i need a dumpster placed is one of their dumpsters. it would of been fine if someone had taken the time to tell me before i filled out all the info and gave my cc # to pay for it but to make me think for a week that i had it all taken care of is not right. ...read more

I have had residential and commercial trash p/u services for years with this company. On 8-31-09, I called and asked for a large dumpster to be removed from behind my office on 4th street in Longview. This was never done and needless to say, we now have an overflowing, horrible situation behind a health related business in the city limits. I have called repeatedly and spooke with Jordan, a supervisor, but nothing has been done. I plan to call the health department this afternoon if this is not resolved by 1p. ...read more
