Crumbling finger piers, washers without hot water, dryers that cost $5.00 for 4 pair of jeans, lack of parking due to overflow from condos, no landscaping on west side, constant power surges and interruptions, dirty showers, toilet seats that fall off when you sit down, a major waterfall from the roof of the clubhouse over the door to the bathhouse when it rains, refusal to notify residents when packages arrive, and no response from management for any of these things.
