I just wrote a long detailed review of our experience at the Best Western in Kaufman, Tx. After I submitted it, it apparently disappeared as I cannot find it anywhere! I do not have the energy to redo the letter but I do want to say that this has got to be the worse motel experience that we have ever encountered and it really needs to be investigated as it is a scam/racket!!
