I called this company and Eric (I believe was his name) came out, gave me a brochure, and provided his insight on what to do. I liked what he had to say and looked forward to his ideas. After our meeting (he took some measurements and jotted down some notes) he said he would e-mail me his ideas and we could go from there. I never received a response so I called them back, 6 times. It has been over a month and I haven't heard a word. I tried all numbers they have an NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. I gave up and have moved on to someone else. We purchased a Christmas Tree from the Katy location of the Houston Garden Center. A few weeks later there were ticks crawling off of the tree and into my dining room and entry way. Apparently ticks hatch after being in a warm area (a heated house) after a few weeks and spread out in search of food. I never thought to inspect our tree before we purchased it because the garden center says that they inspect them. \t\nRegardless, our tree was infested with ticks so we had to remove it immediately (a week before christmas) and spend hours cleaning up the hundreds of ticks in my carpet!\t\nWe went back to the location to give them their tree back and the manager told us to call Matt Hooper (the owner) and discuss it with him. I called him > 15 times over a 2 week period and could never get him on the phone nor did I receive a call back. I was rudely informed that he was the only person I could talk to and that there was nothing else they could do. The receptionist hung up on us 4 times and told us that she ""didn't have time to deal with this"". THAT'S THEIR JOB!! \t\nIn short, they have NO customer service at all, will hang up on you, and not return your phone calls. I will never shop here again and I would caution anyone who does to double check your purchase for critters as you will not receive a refund or get anyone on the phone to help you. ...read more

They installed brand new sprinkler system 2 yrs ago at our home with 5 yr parts and labor warranty. After 6 months, all problems started but he never showed up, Tom (the owner) spoke really bad words to my wife while she requested A-1 sprinkler svc to come at our house and look at the problem. They never showed up so we thought it's okay and we fixed the issue by calling some local sprinkler agent.\t\nAgain we had issue with our sprinker last week and we asked him to show up and he started talking really bad with me and finally he agreed to show up. After looking at the problem he said it's not covered under warranty so you need to pay!!! Come on dude...the sprinkler part went wrong and he is claiming somehing broke due to our mistakes. \t\n\t\nPlease beware of this guys!!and don't use this service. You may get attracted by a 1700dollar offer to install the sprinkler and then strts the swindling. The pipes will rupture and he will make additional 500 dollars within couple of years. Says he gives warranty and when pipes ruptured in May this year he came months after making repeated excuses. He will come first look at the rupure and say that his tech will come and give quote. His tech will come and say that boss has asked him to charge 150 dollars or else no repair. \t\nI gave him one star as my friend also got it installed and his did not fail and so he still doesn't know his after sales fraud. \t\nMy suggestion, if you use him, force him to show the contract and all the purchased material and drag him to court as soon as he fails. ...read more

I would not even give this company one star, but you have to choose between one and five, and this company is most certainly not worthy of a five star rating. The office staff is not helpful by any means. If I had to describe the men on their maintenance crews in one word it would be DISGUSTING. They have no respect for your property. I have to re-roll my water hose, pull missed weeds, and bag dead leaves left behind the bushes in the flower beds, after almost ever trip they make to my home. The major thing that keeps me using them is that their prices are competitave for a "Full Service" Maintenance Contract. But you have to call the office and make a complaint to the owner to get what you pay for and keep these troubles from happening. GOOD LUCK GREEN FEET! ...read more
